SUSAN UNDERHILL
PRINCIPAL
Driven by a passion to transform publicly funded services to work better for people, Susan has over 20 years of experience managing large-scale transformation projects. Susan holds a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on positive aging. She applies her background in positive psychology and research to her consulting and coaching engagements. She specializes in strategic policy, research, organizational design and leadership coaching. She facilitates collaborative processes to find innovative solutions to complex problems. Susan brings expertise in gender-based violence, human trafficking, elder abuse, and seniors. Susan worked for several years at the Institute of Life Course and Aging at the University of Toronto and has focused much of her recent work around gender-based violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.Susan is sensitive to the needs of diverse groups and is a passionate, inclusive leader and systems thinker with an established track record in developing and implementing multi-year strategies resulting in improved, effective, modern and efficient service delivery.
AMANDA PARRIAG
ASSOCIATE
Amanda Parriag has a PhD in Applied Psychology and extensive experience in EDIA evaluation, quantitative, and qualitative research methods, and communications. Amanda is an expert in developmental and impact evaluation techniques and a known leader in the field across Canada. Amanda has led or been a team member on an extensive number of EDIA evaluations and research projects. A passionate advocate for gender-based violence victim-survivors, Amanda has worked extensively to help organizations evaluate their programs to better prevent and support women and children experiencing this issue. She loves seeing her work used by organizations to improve the projects and programs during the evaluation. Finally, Amanda has lived and breathed issues of inclusion and diversity her whole life and has been bringing that lived experience to work with governments and organizations who are interesting in doing better.


DONNA WILLIAMS
ASSOCIATE
Donna is an Anishinabe-qwe, Lac Seul First Nation member and is committed to First Nation leadership, direction and values. She is dedicated to building capacity within First Nations to bridge traditional knowledge with cutting edge technologies to facilitate development and health programming. Donna is currently working on government and regional partnerships to leverage the capacities of First Nations to develop initiatives based on First Nations values and priorities. Donna has also worked for the National Chief with the Digital Health portfolio for First Nations in Canada. Donna specializes in health programming within a First Nation environment with expertise in policy development and analysis, models of community health development, engagement & consultation, health transformation. In addition to her nursing education, she has completed her certification in Project Management and has completed a post Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Management.
PAUL CHAULK
ASSOCIATE
Paul Chaulk is a researcher, evaluator and consultant in the health, labour market, and other fields. His focus is in participatory program evaluation, performance measurement, and quantitative research methods. Paul has extensive experience in quantitative data analysis including complex survey sampling and analysis and administrative data analyses. In addition, he has conducted numerous interviews and focus groups, labour market studies, literature reviews, and environmental scans. He is a Credentialed Evaluator and has been a member of the Canadian Evaluation Society since 1996. Paul has a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology and has completed and delivered numerous continuing education courses in program evaluation and related fields


ERIN BULL
ASSOCIATE
Erin Bull holds a Bachelor of Arts - Honours (Global Studies and Women and Gender Studies). She specializes in qualitative analysis, and loves listening to the diverse perspectives of those she gets to meet during engagements. Erin regularly works with diverse populations on a number of research and evaluation projects, including those with focuses on First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities, racialized populations, newcomers, women, and 2SLGBTQIA+ people. Employing an intersectional approach, Erin pays unique attention to the challenges and needs of those who experience marginalization through systemic violence. She considers it a tremendous privilege to collaboratively work toward a safer future for all.
